A project based Quantity Surveyor based in York on a GBP 4m construction project.An exciting opportunity has arisen for a No 2 Quantity Surveyor to work on a GBP 4m school in partnership with the localGovernment based on site in York. My client is one of the most renowned contractors with over 100 years in the industryand a turnover in excess of GBP 1 billion.They work extensively within new build and design & build projects covering the leisure, hotel, commercial, retail,private, public, education, welfare and residential sectors throughout the UKRecent projects undertaken by the division include; A Theme Park Hotel and Spa, inclusive 120 rooms, internet caf and 14 function rooms. The construction of a nursery school, and local community facilities. A bio-incubator laboratory building. A state of the art sports pavilion with athletics track.
