Account Development Manager Regional role in Anglia, Home Counties & South East Salary of GBP 35k (Up to GBP 70k includingOTE)BenefitsMonthly bonus scheme (personal and company performance related)Car lease schemeHealth careLife insurancePension schemeJob Role: -The ideal candidate must be able to support the key account managers in developing and maintaining broker relationships.The major key features of the role are to: -Actively market and develop certain designated broker accounts, maximise volumes and help to obtain company targets.Improve the brokers packaging process thus ensuring deals go through quickly and smoothly.Ensure broker companies, through extensive training, are using in-house products correctly and with 100% confidence.Work with kams to identify and report product and marketing needs of the broker company and ensure that the businesspotential via this channel is maximised.Work with kams to develop new broker account relationships for the company.Collect and provide feedback on competitors products, pricing and general market developments.Your success in the role will be measured in the following areas: -Improved, smoother communication channels with the broker companies.The production of a more customer focused/bespoke services with a better and quicker response to service issuesNurture and manage communication lines between internal departments such as the underwriting team and externalintermediaries.Improvement in broker packaging standardsThe following attributes are required for the role: -Excellent negotiation skillsExcellent communication skills (written and oral)Good working knowledge of company policies and proceduresExperience in processing live casesExcellent interpersonal skillsExperience in managing broker relationshipsDecision makingTeam playerAble to work on own initiativeAbility to prioritiseProven time management skillsGood at self development |
