Account Director *Education Sector*:A North West based market leader with over 20 years experience in producing bespoke educational software solutions are looking to recruit an Account Director due to the increased volume of accounts for 2005/06. Reporting to the Commercial Director you will identify and develop business opportunities and promote the company and the services available.To apply for this role the successful candidate will have strong commercial experience and ideally will come from a public sector background. It would be advantageous if you have had exposure within the education sector, previously operating at senior/board level. You will have had involvement of a new government initiative or managed the implementation process on a large project. Candidates will also be considered from a private sector or account management background within a corporate environment (i.e. IT, telecoms, FMCG) It is essential that you have an enthusiastic approach to working in the education software industry. You will play a crucial role in the bidding process therefore it is important that you have a proven track record and are able to demonstrate how you influenced the final decision on a project. |
