Description:

This leading client has an exciting opportunity for an Account Director to join their team. You will be responsible for managing a key client with a high turnover of business, recognising opportunities to expand services offered and increase revenue. You will be the key contact ensuring the effective delivery of call centre services. You will maintain all aspects of control and effective day to day running of services, liaising with the IT Manager; Call Centre Manager and Production Departmental Managers, ensuring that all service levels are achieved, all quality requirements are sustained and wherever possible, improved. You will provide supervision to 2 Account Executives and provide on the job training and guidance. You will also undertake financial budgets for the client and provide forecasting. To be successful you must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role with hands on experience of running a call centre account.
