Our clients the largest knowledge and skills provider are seeking an Account Executive to join their team.The Account Executive is responsible for growing our clients revenue by sourcing and selling face-to-face to FTSE 300companies on a face-to-face basis. An Account Executives territory is made up of approximately 75-100 namedorganisations. The Account Executive is responsible for monthly quota attainment of our clients revenue through sales tonon- customers as well as to existing customers through the development of opportunities in existing clients. Attainmentof sales objectives will be achieved through customer relationship development, retention strategies for existingcustomers, and targeted prospecting. The Account Executive is responsible for identifying customer needs, prioritisingneeds, matching solutions to needs, overseeing the successful implementation of the solution, and ongoing relationshipdevelopment and management.Type of selling experience: Business to business consultative selling with middle to executive level managers within an organization. Experience with sales cycles in the range of 3-6 months. Success in prospecting and building strong sales pipelines. Experience selling intangibles.Business Acumen: Understand market pressures that drive business. Understands and applies knowledge of factors relating to finance, profit and loss statement and other financialmeasures in order to build comprehensive business plans for customer and territory.Educational Background:University degree
