This person must be able to demonstrate their passion for science/the pharmaceutical industry. Theright person will develop and progress quickly within a rapidly expanding medical communication agency.The Account Executive will manage the co-ordination and administration of designated client accounts under the directionof an Account Manager or Director.This role works closely with other members of the account handling, medical writing, creative and studio teamsEducation & Qualifications:- Life science degree preferred. A PhD is desirable although not essential.- Basic understanding of and a desire to work for the pharmaceutical industryThe Account Executive will:- have an overall understanding of designated client accounts and to understand the needs and requirements of eachproject- be one of the key points of client contact on day-to-day administrative and logistical issues on designated accounts- track schedules and ensure that all client needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner- manage administration on individual projects, to include: contact reports, schedules, status reports, budget reportsand invoicing- manage the trafficking of material between internal departments, including copy and artwork and job bags- attend at appropriate client meetings as requiredKey Skills Required:- Good interpersonal skills for contact with clients, internal departments and suppliers- Overall understanding of designated client accounts, in order to provide accurate financial and project status reportsand invoicing- An appreciation of artwork, production editing and house style and an understanding of the print process- Good understanding of internal processes and systems- Excellent attention to detail in both written English and financial reporting- Impeccable administration / organisation skills- To be able to take and supply briefs- Good organisational and administrative skills- Team work, flexibility and a positive mental attitude- Time management, including prioritisation- Good PC skills- Word, PowerPoint and ExcelEmail your CV now! |
