KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure the appropriate level of telephone contact with all client contacts is achieved and thatworking as a team; clients advertising requirements are met and levels of client service are of the highest standard. Support the account management team with general day to day client account handling requirements as directed (toinclude media bookings/assignment research requirements etc). Ensure that all handling processes and procedures are adhered to and that client records are accurately maintained. Assist with preparation for and attend client account review meetings with the Account Manager on the team whennecessary and assist with follow up requirements where appropriate. Mentor and assist Account Handlers in your team to achieve their client account and personal objectives. Maintain excellent relationships with clients, colleagues, media and suppliers. Represent the company in a professional manner; including client/media meetings and all verbal and writtencommunication. Operate all client accounts within their agreed credit limit. Build on a thorough knowledge of all available media and utilise the pool of skills available within the group. Attend and contribute to internal meetings. Contribute to the smooth running of the companys operations, security and day to day office management.WORKING RELATIONSHIPS Maintain excellent relationships with clients, colleagues, group/media and suppliers.LEVEL OF AUTHORITY Report any client account issues to the Account Manager immediately.
