: This leading provider of climate control, fire protection and security systems for commercial and residential buildings is currently recruiting for a Residential Buildings Account Manager for the South East area. If you have a proven record in sales and knowledge within the specification markets, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the growth of this global organisation. Based at home, ideally in the Surrey/Kent/London area, the key task of the Account Manager is to ensure awareness throughout local authorities, housing associations, contractors and building merchants within the territory. This requires thorough research and an excellent knowledge of the market, to identify opportunities, build strong client relationships, provide unbeatable support and ultimately maximise sales. A proven background in sales is essential, ideally within the construction/specification markets. This position requires a strategic mind and an ability to communicate at all levels, you will be target driven with a keen desire to succeed. You must hold a full driving licence. This position offers a basic salary cGBP 25-30K plus 27.5% commission, company car and excellent company benefits. |
