* Manage personal account base to achieve personal budgets and targets thorough active pursuit of orders by telephone, visits and other medians of communication. * Consistently supervise and encourage assigned Internal Sales Executive to ensure customer profiles and all activity information is up to date. * Undertake cyclical customer visits to support account penetration and customer relationship management. * Identify and develop any design opportunities through design wins with the TSM team and thereby produce sales of designed product to commence the pull through business. * Develop strong working relationships with all internal customers with particular emphasis on the technical, marketing and credit departments. * Ensure a high level of service by being responsive to the end customer needs and also maintaining positive business relationships with all suppliers. |
