Description:

: Account Manager to build client relationships, develop business strategies and advise customers in a leading and innovative market research agency. You will also help projects run smoothly and manage a small team in Client Service. You must have 5+ years of market research experience; strong client facing and excellent communications skills; team management and experience in liaising with clients at a senior level and be able to produce work to tight deadlines. Account Managers have a critical role in the smooth running of Client Service. Their primary function is manage one or more major accounts with a team of professional research executives and be responsible for the management of existing client business. This covers all aspects of client service including proposals, project design, administration, cost control and pricing. In addition they are adding value through interpreting and presenting research results and strategic recommendations to clients based on a fundamental understanding of marketing issues and marketing research applications. Salary will be c.GBP 30K base with a car or car allowance and other benefits.
