Purpose of the roleThe Account Manager has the primary function of managing one or more major accounts with a team of professional Research Executives and is responsible for the management of existing client business covering all aspects client service including proposals, project design, administration, cost control and pricing. In addition to adding value through interpreting and presenting research results and strategic recommendations to clients based on a fundamental understanding of marketing issues and marketing research applications.
