Account Manager, Pre-Sales, Portuguese or Spanish, Bristol. International client are seeking a customer focused accountmanager who must be fluent in either Portuguese or Spanish. In this excellent role you will manage the relationshipbetween the customer and the client and will be responsible for knowledge transfer, escalated issues, risk control andmuch more. Having previously worked in the telecoms industry you will have excellent communication skills with theability to identify and resolve all potential issues. To be considered you must have held a customer focused support rolein the telecoms industry (ideally mobile telecoms) and speak either Portuguese or Spanish.
