Description:

Main duties:- Grow accounts to increase sales revenue through proactive communication.- Develop and maintain an appropriate pipeline of opportunities to meet short term and medium term business plans.- To qualify and review bids and tenders as required from customer base.- Achieve set targets which are formally agreed. Performance being measured on revenue, gross margin, customer contact,campaign delivery and opening new accounts.- To establish company as the primary supplier of communications solutions to the defined account base.- React in appropriate and effective way to customer queries and issues and to manage effectively the relationshipbetween company and the customer or account base.- Adhere to all company relevant Sales processes.- Monitor competition and competitor activity.- Maintain full accurate and honest time records.- Prepare and deliver monthly reports to manager.Additional duties- Undertake all training required by company to develop role.- Assist with team working and communication.Qualifications- Two years account management experience.- Sales experience gained on telephone or in a face to face role.- Technology based background is desirable.- Competence in working with single sales opportunity planning tools.If you are interested in the above role simply apply via the button shown
