The company is looking to recruit Account Managers. Your main job role will be to retain and develop your portfolio ofclients, establish and maintain strong client relationships through proactive account management, actively seekcandidates suitable for your clients and to screen and interview all potential candidates submitted. You will also beexpected to liaise with both client and candidate before and after the interview, manage any offers of employment andactively seek to increase the services offered to your portfolio and increase the income generated.You must be a strong communicator with a confident and creative approach to problem solving and managing clientrelationships. You must be capable of appreciating client recruitment requirements and being innovative, determined andcommitted to fulfilling the clients vacancies.
