Reporting to the Global Recruitment ManagerIntegrity Recruitment are part of an International Group servicing the Charity sector. We have both internal and externalclients within the Charity and Not-for-Profit sectors. As Account Manager for our internal client, Face to FaceFundraising, you will be servicing both the UK and Ireland accounts.You will be responsible for the delivery of the best possible services to both our client and to the candidates, as wellas developing the current service level agreement and the supporting team.The successful candidate will be an excellent people manager ideally have a background in recruitment and advertising,have superb client facing skills and be able work largely unsupervised.Managing a small team of dedicated recruiters and creative staff, this post will ensure that Integrity regularly exceedclient expectations.If you feel you have the combination of recruitment experience, excellent people skills, are a thorough administrator andhave the drive to succeed, we would love to hear from you.
