This leading direct marketing client is currently recruiting an Account Manager. Your role will be to act as key point of contact between a number of key clients and the production operation, ensuring the effective interpretation and delivery of Client requirements, monitoring progress of client production from brief through to completion. You will be required to establish and maintain strong relationships while serving as a liaison between your allocated clients and various departments throughout the organisation. You will provide clients with requested materials as well as status reports and updates and develop the accounts by proactively seeking and evaluating opportunities for new products to be provided. The successful candidate should have a strong client/customer service background with experience in a similar role managing key accounts. Knowledge of direct mail is advantageous but the key for this role is excellent client relationship, organisational and communication skills. |
