INTERNAL VACANCYAdmin Team LeaderBristol basedAn exciting, challenging opportunity exists within MITIE Cleaning Ltd for an Admin Team Leader, working on the BTPayphones Contract.Reporting to the Account Director, your duties will include: * Overseeing fortnightly & four-weekly payroll, ensuring information is on time & accurate * Overseeing invoicing/purchase order process * Gathering & producing relevant management information * Liaising with call centre in Bristol & outsourced provider in Enfield, collating call stats relating to engineer calls & special cleans, highlighting & raising issues to Account Director & HR Manager * Oversee the IT management system to ensure correct & proper usage, ensuring new hires are input on both Caesar & REBUS systems * Support Regional Managers by overseeing vehicle fleet management * Assist RMs manage Vodafone budgets * Manage Account Directors diary * Produce UK wide over spend reports on fuel, mobile phone usage & other costs associated with the contract * Any other duties required by the Account Director This is a challenging and evolving role which will see your responsibilities broaden as the contract grows.
