Proficient Microsoft Office user (particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint andAccess) and be Flexible. SecretarialDuties will include:Word processing for proposals, reports, case studies, CV's, capability statements, memos and the like. Presentationmaterials using PowerPointFinancial Activities will include:Co-ordinating the entry of all ETCi timesheet data for seconded personnel not able to easily access the systems.Support invoicing activities where required.Collect all sub-contractor invoices for Project Controls and expedite their approval and correct cost allocation.Co-ordinate the submission of staff monthly expenses.Administrative Activities will include:Support travel bookings for Project Controls staff, including establishing accounts with hotels and settling bills.Create and maintain an asset register of IT equipment.Filing of invoices and other project controls documentation.To carry out other administrative tasks as requested by the department.Ensure all holiday, sickness and training requests are coordinated, approved and filed.Maintain holiday chart.Ensure training feedback forms are obtained for all training and filed.Location: LeedsWhen replying please quote the customer reference number 048102688 for a speedy reply. |
