We require an experienced building services administrator for a busy contract based in the city. Candidates will have at least years experience with in the Building Services/Facilities Management Sector and have a strong working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and Concept helpdesk system. Duties will include raising PO numbers, invoicing, PPMs, leasing with engineers to chase jobs, logging calls on to the helpdesk system (concept) and running report for the client. The position offers progression. |
