Our client is a fabless IC design company in the multimedia sector. They are now looking for an Analog Device Engineer to provide specialist device physics support to designers. The role will involve ensuring Spice models are adequate and ESD precautions are met. Advising designers of foundry process options appropriate to their chip requirements will be required as well as modelling parasitic active and passive devices.Required skills include;-Strong analog MOS semiconductor device knowledge including parasitic effects and ESD behaviour-Detailed knowledge of SPICE models-Understanding of transistor level circuits-Excellent communication skills-Degree in Electrical Engineering/Physics or related disciplinePlease call us to discuss further. |
