Description:

The purpose of this role is to provide electronics and mixed signal/analogue IC design resource and expertise to enable delivery of the growing development requirements.Key responsibilities:To complete cell and block level design and layouts to meet project requirements, budget and timescalesTo generate and verify test pattern layouts to demonstrate correct cell, block and circuit operation and performanceTo complete micro-electronics design solutions to meet project requirements, budget and timescalesTo provide simulation, modelling and problem solving expertiseTo take responsibility for the day to day coordination of completing agreed project workTo contribute to the development and maintenance of design tools and resourcesWe are looking for someone with the following:Educated to degree level - Micro Electronics or Physics At least 2 years post graduate design experienceProficient in the use of SPICE, Tanner LEdit CAD and/or other EDA tools (2 years plus experience)Experience in mixed signal CMOS or Bi-CMOS is desireable.
