: Working within a business applications team of 10 for a public sector organisation, who are involved in supporting and developing local IT applications and corporate systems. The applications are based on technologies such as .NET (mainly ASP but also some VB and C#), SQL Server, XML and Web Services. You will develop applications from inception to implementation, help support current applications, and perform business analysis where necessary to identify new system requirements. You will need to have a minimum of around 2 years' experience of working on both developing and supporting in-house applications, and a knowledge of CRM would be highly beneficial. Any public sector experience would also be a definite advantage. You will need experience in at least some of the following applications: ASP.NET (VB or C# also useful), SQL Server, XML and Web Services. This role requires 2 candidates, one as a permanent placement and one as a fixed term contract for a ! year, paying a pro rata salary. Start ASAP. |
