This role is not for the faint hearted, although the title is for Trainee Recruitment Consultant it is very much a development role with opportunity for progression. Responsibilities -Development of your own specialist market. -Proactive generation of vacancies by phone and e-mail canvassing. -Management of the recruitment process from start to finish. -Candidate generation. Applicant Criteria - No previous recruitment experience is required; we provide tailored training and development to ensure you succeed as a high earning consultant. -1 years experience as a sales person in any environment. -Outgoing, friendly, focussed and hard working. -Sensible with clear life goals: and career minded and completely success motivated -The ability to be self critical. -Ability to demonstrate achievement beyond your peer group.
