Description:

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Art Producer to work with an innovative studio in the South/East Anglia area. You will support the Art Director, report to the Producer and be responsible for managing the Art Team including their personal development and annual appraisals. You will also be expected to plan and maintain the art schedule, track art assets, liaise with discipline leads and contribute to milestone definitions. Please keep in mind that this role will not include any creative control; this is a management role where a decent artistic eye and understanding of game art production processes are beneficial. Other requirements include:- Excellent communication skills- In-depth understanding of the console development process with experience on at least one console title from conception to launch- Methodical, able to consistently follow through, track and deliver on decisions and call for reviews as needed - Good knowledge of and experience with MS Project- Proven asset management and asset tracking skills For more info on this position please contact Probe Games.
