Description:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one years experience in air testing for asbestos remediation works andcarrying out type 1, 2 and 3 asbestos surveys on various properties. Additional skills include the identification ofasbestos bearing materials, risk assessment, recommending appropriate control measures, issuing survey reports andasbestos registers. Knowledge and application of air monitoring equipment, issue of clearance certificates, implementprescribed control measures for any present asbestos. You will have experience in liaising with site, contract andsupervisory staff. A comprehensive understanding of all Asbestos Legislation, COSHH limits for air testing and MDHS 100for surveying.The successful candidate will have a minimum of one years experience within the asbestos industry and will hold the P402and S301 certificates.
