Description:

The main role will be to undertake asbestos surveys as part of typically large-scale property portfolios and thesubsequent management of those materials for clients. Duties will include scheduling of properties, management anddirection of survey staff (some surveying may be necessary), quality assurance checking of surveys, preparation ofmanagement recommendations, report preparation and invoicing.Minimum academic qualifications will include HND or degree in relevant subject as well as BIOH qualifications. Ideally atleast 12-24 months experience in asbestos project management following at least 12 months experience in undertakingsurveys for a reputable consultancy organisation.
