Our client is a UK asbestos consultancy in the field of hazardous materials. The team, comprises trained Asbestosprofessionals providing comprehensive Asbestos surveys, monitoring and management services to a broad cross section ofclient groups seeking to control the hazards from materials such as asbestos. They are now looking to recruit an AsbestosManager for the companys new Bristol, South West office. Future Select specialise in Asbestos jobs/positions throughoutthe UK.You will be responsible for running a team of surveyors and analysts and overseeing all areas of asbestosremoval/surveying projects. Applicants will have at least three years experience in the asbestos industry with at leastthe last twelve months in a Project Management/Office Manager position.Duties will include:Recruiting, Training and Managing staffDealing with contractors, clients and staffResponsible for overseeing Project workComprehensive report writingEnsuring compliance to Health and Safety guidelinesBusiness Development for the branchOverall responsibility for the branch making sure the branch is a profitable area for the companyThe successful candidate will have a relevant Science/Environmental degree and will hold the S301/P402 qualifications.Future Select specailise in Asbestos Jobs throughout the UK, and have over 500 vacancies from Asbestos Analayst,Surveyors, Project Managers, Supervisors, Contracts Managers through to Director Level.
