Description:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of a years experience within the asbestos industry and will hold their P402and ideally their S301 certificates.Successful candidates will have the following experience and skills:1 years experience in air testing for asbestos remediation works1 years experience in carrying out type 1, 2 & 3 asbestos surveys on a range of propertiesIdentification of all asbestos bearing materialsRisk assessment and prioritisation of material conditionRecommendation of appropriate control measuresIssue of survey reports using laptopIssue of Asbestos RegisterApplication of air monitoring equipmentIssue of clearance certificatesImplement prescribed control measures for any detected asbestos presenceLiaison with site and contractors staffLiaison with supervisory staffComprehensive understanding of all Asbestos legislation, COSHH limits for Air Testing and MDHS 100 for surveyingThe company offers all the benefits of joining a large consultancy including competitive salary, pension, bonus, companycar etcW5 Recruitment is a specialist recruitment consultancy that was established to provide recruitment expertise within theenvironmental sector.
