Description: |
What you will need: -A Degree (BSc) in Quantity SurveyingExperience of pre and post contract disciplines such as measurement and practise, valuations, cost analysis andbudgeting, negotiating contracts, initial pre-construction project management and maintaining close communications withclients and site staff.Applicants should have a total of 2 or 3 years experience in the construction industry as an estimator or quantitysurveyor. This experience is obviously preferred to have been with a PQS firm, HOWEVER, applicants from a sub-contractoror main contractor background will be considered should they possess the following key attributes:-ArticulateWell-presentedWell-writtenConfidentThe ability to find a good balance between friendliness, directness and professionalism.What will you get in return:-A salary between GBP 23,000 - GBP 26,000 per annumCompany pensionHealth planInclusion in a tight team of 4 senior quantity surveyors dedicated to your personal development and an opportunity toundertake a range of projects across a variety of commercial and public sectors. |
