The Assistant Health Club and Spa Manager should have previous experience in a similar role, involving guest/ membership contact and staff management.The job holder should be a customer services and operations orientated individual with highly developed social and communication skills. Personal presentation is very important as they would have a lot of guest contact as well as being a role model for other members of staff.They should be looking for a challenge, be flexible with a warm and cheerful manner and want to be part of the future development of the Health Club and Spa.Ideally they would have some 5* hotel experience and a fitness or treatment background.They need to be computer literate although further training could be given.Health and safety awareness/training would also be an advantage as would a background in retail sales. |
