We are currently looking for an Assistant or Intermediate Building Surveyor to work on a number of social housing schemes based in North London. Working as part of a large and established property services organisation it will be your duty to assist the senior surveyor in a variety of maintenance programmes for the company.The ideal candidate will have:At least 2 years experience in a building/maintenance surveying roleExperience gained preferably in a social housing environmentThe ability to work as part of a small and dynamic teamThe ability to pick up skills quicklyThis is an excellent role with a respectable organisation offering all of the package and benefits you would normally associate with a large company.
