Description:

Summary of Accountabilities & Responsibilities:1. Financial/CommercialDeliver sales and profit in line with agreed budgets.Manage costs in line with pharmacy key performance indicators (KPI's).Proactively manage shrinkage in line with pharmacy KPI's.2. OperationalDeliver consistently high standards.Compliance with Company policy and standard operating procedures.Pharmacy layout to agreed Company plan.Effective stock management to deliver optimum availability.3. PeopleMotivate and manage your team to deliver consistently good standards and results.Communicate effectively at all levels within the business.Demonstrate an appropriate management style to influence and develop capability of the pharmacy team.4. CustomerDeliver service standards in line with Company & RPSGB's guidelines.Respond to customer comments efficiently & appropriately.Promote Superdrug to PCT's, Local Medical Practice's & other relevant community organisations.These duties are not exhaustive and in accordance with the needs of the business, you may be required to undertake otherduties from time to time.Location: Denbighshire
