Its retail in the fast lane with no room for mistakes.The RoleThe Assistant Manager will work as part of a strong management team to ensure that all shop floor standards and targetsare achieved. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will act as second in charge, managing a team across two retail units,both front and back of house. You will manage all the processes for stock, recalls and store administration, thereforewill need to have strong skills in planning and organising and be able to re-prioritise tasks at a moments notice.The PersonThrough at least 2 years supervisory/management experience from a solid retail background, you will be able todemonstrate your ability to lead a dynamic team in a high pressure, highly competitive environment. You will deliverfantastic results through your people as demonstrated by outstanding KPIs. You will be career minded and look to thisrole as a stepping-stone into more complex retail management roles within the business.Shift DetailsTypically, the successful applicant will work Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with alternate Saturdays on a rota basis.
