Assistant Quantity Surveyor Manchester - HealthKH3783nOur client are one of the largest construction management groups in the UK, with offices in most locations, and aportfolio of construction and civil engineering projects that spans most industries.As part of a large development project in the Manchester area they now require a good recently graduated assistantquantity surveyor to work within a variety of disciplines.The project is a Hospital ward and treatment centre new build valued around GBP 17m. You will be involved in the project atall stages of the remaining 12 months including the sub contractor management. Our client has a long tradition of thistype of work in the area and has already won some prestigious contracts.The client is managing the whole project and you will be assisting them with quantity surveying duties, whilst developinga career with a market leading organisation.You will be offered a competitive salary package of between GBP 21,000 and GBP 24,000 + Car/Allowance depending uponexperience, with benefits which will include a RICS accredited course to work on, a variety of work to support yourdiary. Our client also supports day release.The Successful candidate will have: A minimum of 2 years commercial experience as a Quantity Surveyor Degree in QS discipline or equivalent qualification Willingness to learn Broad construction interest Living in North West area.
