Assistant Quantity Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor - GBP 230 million New BuildLocation:EssexRemuneration:GBP 25,000-GBP 30,000 per annum plus a negotiable benefits package including a: Company car and fuel card Or a premium car allowance plus mileage Competitive company pension scheme Full private medical health care Market leading bonus schemeThe client and the role:I am currently working with one of UKs most prestigious main contractors who have instructed me to source an assistantquantity surveyor / intermediate quantity surveyor to join their rapidly expanding team.As well as offering an attractive benefits package my client also offers excellent career progression and the opportunityto work on some of the UKs most prestigious projectsThe successful Quantity Surveyor will be working with the team Essex on a project intended to last until end of 2008. Thesecond phase is worth GBP 230million and consists of building 50 new build commercial, flats and technical buildingsYou will be handling the project from inception to completion, undertaking the procurement and running right through tofinal accounts.Requirements: Professional Memberships are advantageous (RICS or CIOB) BSc in Quantity Surveying or a construction related subject (HND is a minimum) 3 - 4+ years UK Quantity Surveying experience Contractor background with construction project experience Experience of working on projects valued GBP 7million+ would be beneficialRef: BC1-6041Services advertised by Project Resource Ltd are those of an agency and/or an employment business. |
