Assistant Site Manager Required. Our Client is a Main Contractor with regional offices across the UK. Their office in Glasgow looks after the Social Housing and Healthcare projects mainly in the local area. The majority of this companys work is in new build with refurbishment occasionally involved. The new build projects use concrete frame, timber frame and RFC frame with various faade treatments. Some of the projects involve high-rise buildings, some involve the installation of commercial units and some include creating a car park basement. They currently require an Assistant Site Manager to join their expanding team to work on a GBP 9 Million RFC frame commercial building. You will have experience in working at this level on projects of this size. You will have an excellent health and safety record, and be able to liaise and manage teams of site staff to ensure projects are completed successfully on time and to time schedules. As the Assistant you will be responsible for certain parts of this GBP 9 Million project working alongside another Assistant and the Site Manager.
