Are you an intelligent, enthusiastic Assistant / Deputy store manager or a key holding Supervisor with a burning ambition to work for one of the most innovative retailers in the UK? If so my client is looking for you to come and join them, helping to run their busy store in Cardiff.The role requires someone with previous management experience, as you will need to be able to drive your team to constantly maximise sales. Strong customer service skills are also essential as the shop floor is an incredibly interactive environment. You will be jointly responsible for all aspects of managing the store including staff training and ensuring that the shop exceeds all targets set. This is a unique environment where customers are provided with a special shopping experience, so candidates who are commercially astute but young at heart are most likely to be successful.
