Are you a bright and bubbly store manager with a burning ambition to work for one of the most innovative toy brands in the UK? If so my client is looking for you to come and assist them running their store in Stirling, Scotland.The role requires someone with previous retail experience as you will need to be able to drive your team into constantly maximizing sales. Strong customer service skills are also essential as the shop floor is an incredibly interactive environment. You will be responsible for supporting the manager in all aspects of managing the shop including staff training and ensuring that the store exceeds all targets set. Outgoing personalities and a zest for fun are the key ingredients for this fantastic opportunity, as well as at least one years previous retail assistant management/supervisory experience in a busy retail environment.
