: An excellent opportunity to join the consulting division of a global market-leading Telecoms software OEM as an Associate Consultant. This varied and dynamic role is based out of Bath, and involves consulting with Telco clients on the design and implementation of their software solution. The Associate Consultant works within a team to integrate, configure and customise software for deployment. You will follow best practice for technical solutions and project implementation, and provide input for senior team members to support the production of statements of work. You will be given opportunity to develop your technical and consulting skills and achieve detailed implementation experience with my clients world-class products and processes. You will be kept up to date with new developments in telecoms technology and practice, and develop in-depth skills in the software technologies required to implement my clients products. You will have a can do attitude to undertaking varied and stretching assignments, and the ability to develop and foster good collaborative working relationships with clients and colleagues. Travel to client site in the South of the UK will be required. As a successful candidate you will be educated to graduate level in a software-based subject, and have up to 2 years relevant work experience in application software implementation. Experience of object oriented analysis and development in a Java J2EE environment is required. Beneficial skills include experience with relational database implementation, and knowledge of telecoms technologies, equipment and processes. Salary and package are market-leading.
