Our client, a leading property and construction consultancy, is currently seeking an Associate Director/Building QuantitySurveyor to be based at their Head Office in Surrey.Either from a contracting or PQS background you will be able to take control of and manage a variety of significantbuilding projects. You will need to able to work managing a team and have your own client base. It is essential that youhave experience in a similar role. Good client facing skills are also essential and you must have the will to train anddevelop other members of staff.Qualifications: HND/Degree. MRICSSkills:" Computer literate." Good written and oral communication." Client facing." Tried and tested Managerial skills.Salary: GBP 50,000-60,000 inclusive of car allowance + benefits including: training support, Pivate Health Insurance,Pension, 28 days leave + bank holidays, Life Assurance 4x salary. |
