My client requires an Associate Director to lead an established Building Surveying team in their City Office.The existing team comprises of four building surveyors and forms an important part of the national Project andDevelopment Services team.The successful applicant will be responsible for not only managing and growing the team of surveyors, but also generatingnew business, undertaking general Building Surveying duties, preparing planned preventative maintenance plans andbuilding reinstatement cost assessments.In return for your expertise;Comprehensive financial benefits package, both flexible and performance/results related.Basic salary of GBP 55,000 per annum.Car allowance of GBP 5,000 or company car.The opportunity to work with prestigious clients.A flexible, development encouraging and competitive working environment.Candidates will be expected to posses;A minimum of 7 years experience in Building Surveying, preferably from a multi-disciplinary practice.MRICS.Commercial awareness.Proven team leadership and business generation skills.Call or email a copy of your CV in application today.Services advertised by Project Resource Ltd are those of an agency and/or an employment business. |
