Description:

With a view to invest considerably in the Corporate Finance market, my clients are looking to make 2 appointments atAssociate Director level within their Central Manchester office. Since January 2004, the business has completed around 25transactions, ranging in size from several hundred thousand pounds up to GBP 15m. The typical deal size of the practicewould be within the range of GBP 1m-GBP 10m. Transactions include disposals, MBOs, MBIs, Corporate acquisitions andreceivership buyouts/acquisitions. Some of the deals require institutional venture capital. You will have exposure to aLead Advisory role recently but need not have a chartered background.
