This joinery and fit out contractor based in Hertfordshire is currently looking for Quantity Surveyors both at Assistant and Intermediate level to work on projects in London and the South East. The successful candidates will be working for a rapidly growing company with a turnover this financial year of GBP 28 million and an order book that is currently at GBP 45 million for next year.The company has 330 staff operating from its Hertfordshire offices. They undertake projects ranging from hospitals, houses, commercial buildings, shopping centres as well as cultural and heritage buildings. At present we are looking for candidates with at least 2-3 years experience within a quantity surveying role. Applicants should also have some experience gained within a fit out or refurbishment environment and any joinery expertise would be beneficial but not essential. You should be capable of managing your own small projects and will be willing to undertake your own projects under minimal supervision although the Assistant levels candidates will be working alongside a more senior quantity surveyor.
