Avaya Definity - Senior Maintenance EngineerBased in Central LondonUp to GBP 40K Base + BonusThe Client:Our client is a leading provider of voice, data and contact centre convergence solutions. With over 10 years experiencethey work with corporate customers across the UK providing technology, expertise and intelligence for their communicationneeds.The Role:They are currently looking to recruit an experienced ACA qualified Avaya Definity / Multivantage installation andmaintenance engineer to support new and existing customers.There will also be the opportunity for the sucessful candidate to upskill and train for their ACS / ACE qualification -or cross train on the Cisco CCNA, CCNP, CCIE track.Experience Required:- A minimum of 3 years working in a field based role, maintaining, support or installing Definity / Multivantage PBX andCall Centre equipment.- ACA / ACS certification or equivalent level of understanding. Multi-vantage S8700 and S8300 experience.- A good understanding of general Communications techniques ideally achieved in a field based role including networking &call centre technology. |
