World leading Hi Tech organization is looking for a highly accurate & organised Bank settlements officer: Agree FX, Currency Options and MM netting on a daily basis. Ensure timely & accurate settlement bank & inter company deals. Ensure proper authorization before input, exporting payments & pre advises instructions into electronic banking systems Ensure accurate & timely payment of staff expenses & third part suppliers & resolve any payment queries. Maintain the accuracy and integrity of standard settlement instructions. Bank Reconciliation & Investigation of Bank Accounts to Treasury Systems periodically & be key contact for TreasurySupport. Evaluate / and keep up to date with developments in electronic banking systemsFind ways to streamline the settlementprocess and eliminate unnecessary paper work.The ideal candidate will have back office experience gained in a high volume banking or corporate environment & knowledgeof Investigations, Reconciliations, Confirmations & Currency Options. They will be highly accurate with goodcommunication skills as the role involves daily contact with Treasury, Accounting & Internal & External Counterparts.Quantum system & electronic banking systems experience would be advantageous. |
