Beauty Products/ Selling to Beauty Salons, Day Spa's, Tanning Salons/ 50% New Business/ 50% Account Management/ GBP 20,000 Base/ GBP 30,000 OTE/ Car/ Pension/ 25 Days Holiday/ Laptop/ Mobile. Have you always wanted to be one of the beautiful people you see in magazines, well my client can't promise you that but they can offer you an opportunity to sell a leading range of cosmetic selling to London's leading and exclusive salon and beauty industry. This is a fast paced and exciting industry and they are looking for a young and dynamic proven sales person to join their established London based team. You will report directly to the UK Sales Manager, and be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of high street accounts (e.g. beauty salons, health retreats) throughout London. You will ensure that all accounts are up to date with the latest developments in my clients product range and are thoroughly trained to ensure strong product positioning - hence, cementing their position as No 1 in the industry. The successful applicant will have strong professional presentation and communication skills and display an ability to influence at all levels of decision maker (e.g. store manager, shop level staff, key group buyer). Experience with a sales role is a must although you don't need industry experience to apply for this role as full product training will be provided for the successful applicant. Your innovative ideas, pro-active work habits and dynamic out going personality will also be essential, as this will assist you in taking this market leader to a further level of market dominance. For the successful applicant a generous base salary will be offered (GBP 20,000) together with a fully maintained company vehicle and bonus structure GBP 30,000 OTE).
