Hire of industrial equipment selling to Mining, construction, manufacturing & gov, BDM / Account Manager, GBP 25 K - GBP 35 K OTE GBP 70 K One of the UK's largest hire equipment companies with well over 50 years experience in the industry, my client is a supplier to a huge number of of industries, including building, both construction and maintenance, mining, engineering, manufacturing and government. They are in an extremely good position to satisfy their ever-increasing customer base. Within this industry leading company, your role will be primarily to manage the company's current accounts as well as to source new business and relationship opportunities within the building and construction industry. Developing strong and long lasting relationships, you will enjoy the rapport building process as well as solving any equipment problems your clientele may have. You will be supremely confident in your approach, with the knowledge that you're backed by the most celebrated company in the industry. The person we are looking for will preferably have previous experience in hire equipment and will have a proven track record of selling into the building and construction industry. You will possess a good understanding of how the industry works and understand the decision making processes that lie within all companies, from large construction companies to small builders, on a day to day basis you will be instrumental in driving the business forward and will spend most of your time in clients premises assisting them in the decision process. Working for one of the most celebrated companies in the industry, you will be comprehensively looked after from a remuneration viewpoint. Including a base salary package anywhere between GBP 25 -GBP 35k + dependant on experience and car allowance. On top of that there will be a generous commission structure that will see your on target earnings somewhere around GBP 70k.
