BDM/Account Manager/In-house training solutions,South West London Office (e.g. South Kensington), "Education" clients (e.g. Primary School, FE, HE, LEA, GBP 40,000 Base, (GBP 50-60,000 Uncapped OTE) Our client is an established and highly innovative provider of blended training solutions working with some of the world's most recognized organizations. Our client has a reputation for increasing both profitability and performance through the delivery of bespoke in-house training solutions. As part of the strategic development and continued expansion of this company, they now require an experienced Sales Professional to grow and drive sales directly within the Education/ Public Sector as they cement their position as Europe's leading "blended training solution" provider. Based from their South West London Office (e.g. South Kensington), the primary focus of this role will be to retain, manage and grow an existing portfolio of "Education" clients (e.g. Primary School, FE, HE, LEA). However, where you will make the biggest difference will be by utilizing your contacts to identify new opportunities and help open doors. As part of this newly created role you will also be expected to conduct in-depth SWOT analysis and be responsible for providing insightful input when developing new sales and marketing strategies. With the "training" industry always changing, you will also be up-to-date with new technology and programs, knowing which in particular can benefit the key educational clients concerned. To be successful in this role, you will currently be working in a similar position, selling some type of consultative solution (ideally training, but not essential) to the "Education" sector. You will have strong technical knowledge and a proven track record of hitting sales targets (although, exceptional candidates may be considered). Industry contacts, particularly in those mentioned previously are a must, as is an unblemished reputation within the Education sector. Your excellent written, communication and presentation skills will be some of your major assets. You will have advanced your career quickly due to your dynamic and proactive approach, and are now looking to take the next step that will ensure your continued financial and career success.
