A highly successful Global Company that is involved with the sales of Video, audio and Web conferencing solutions to a variety of markets, targeting mainly blue chip organisations within the banking, finance and corporate sectors, is now actively seeking a determined and enthusiastic Business Development sales professional. Due to soaring profits year on year, They have recently expanded their sales division and are therefore looking for a Business Development Manager to develop new business and mange existing accounts so as to boost profits even further. Your Position at this highly reputable company will involve you managing the new Video, Audio and Web Conferencing solutions and developing New Business. Once the business has been created and closed, you will be expected to manage these accounts and maximise all chances of repeat business. To help you get your foot in the door, the company will hand you existing accounts on your arrival at the company. You will be responsible for all forecasts and negotiations of the branch. You will be heavily involved with Training Sessions that will be held once a month where you will be expected to develop the training on occasions. Most importantly, you will need to identify commercially viable business opportunities for the company in the AV sector and will need to achieve all monetary sales targets set. You will have a monthly meeting with the sales director to discuss monthly figures and targets. The company are looking for an individual who is experienced in selling Video, Audio or Web conferencing solutions to a variety of markets, ideally vertically focused on the banking and finance sector, although this is not essential. Our client will also consider extremely strong Business development professionals coming from the audio visual hardware industry. The company want a strong Business Development Manager who has good product knowledge and who has a proven track record of generating large revenue and exceeding targets. The ability to plan and organise effectively is paramount. The company want an individual who has strong communicational skills and someone who is immaculately presented. It is likely that you will be a key contributor to the companys forward plans following the success of the new Products and solutions. For this role, the company will be offering remuneration by the way of base salary of GBP 35-45K negotiable depending on experience and current salary. You will also be part of a generous commission structure allowing an OTE of GBP 80-90K Uncapped.
