For this role you will be expected to hunt for 100% New Business. Your market focus will be only on the Government Sector, Local and Central. Our client set targets at a high standard and will reward highly if these targets are achieved. As a Business Development Manager you will be expected to identify and close commercially viable business opportunities for the company. Most of your time will be out on the field hunting for new business; however you will be expected to be in the office for weekly meetings with the Managing Director and Sales Director. Our client is searching for a big hitting sales individual who is used to working with high targets and under pressure. The Candidate must come from an EDRM background who has been selling for a minimum of 3-4 years directly to either Local or Central Government. You will be a self driven, confident person with an out-going personality. The ability to plan and organise effectively is paramount, as are good written and verbal communication skills. You must be a punctual sales individual who is always immaculately presented. The Company is offering a base salary between GBP 40-70K depending on experience with an outstanding commission structure allowing an OTE of GBP 120-150K.
